Year 11 German students enjoyed a packed day in London today. We were at The Goethe Institute to watch ‘Almanya’ a film which helped students to understand the issues of integration for a lively Turkish family in Germany, as well as soaking up some key language for the forthcoming exam. We then spent time at The Victoria and Albert Museum, where the students tackled a treasure hunt in German to find various German artifacts from as far back as the 13th Century. Then it was time to relax in Covent Garden before enjoying rather misty London views on the walk back to Waterloo. A pleasant and productive day!
