On 25th April, Y6 with Mr Richardson, Mr Finn and Mrs Murray went to the New Forest for an all-day pre-Wales walk of 6 miles. We walked in our new walking boots so that we would know how they would feel in Wales.
In the New Forest, we saw some bulls, cows, some calves and even a grey, fluffy cow! On our walk, we also walked over bridges and climbed up two hills, from which the views were absolutely brilliant. It looked like a painting!
We had an enjoyable time even though it rained some of the time and our legs were very tired at the end of it! We thank Mr Richardson, Mr Finn and Mrs Murray for taking us but also Mrs R for helping us to prepare for the walk as everyone had an enjoyable time. We all agreed, even though we were tired, that the walk was a good thing to do to prepare for our Outward bound Week in Wales.
